It was dirty under the bed and all the aircons were not working, the Wi-Fi was also terrible

I don't understand why I'm finding someone else's hair when I open the sheets. And when I ask for cleaning, I'm told it gets done once a week. And what on earth is a refresher? Just clean the place And the roaches 🤢

There was a toothpick inserted in the pillow . Luckily I did not use the pillow otherwise I could have been injured . I saw it in the morning when I was rearranging the bed . Otherwise everything is Spot on 👌🏽

The Apartment is really spacious and luxurious
