The Regency Hotel Apartment

The place was so clean. It is much more beautiful in person. The pictures are not doing it justice. I liked everything.

1. Served expired parmalat full cream fresh milk - 08/2024 2. Dirty curtains with no lace, no privacy when you open curtains. 3. Wet beddings left inside the washing machine, we had to take it out and dry it. 4. No extra towels for the whole weekend. 5. No room service, not mentioned before booking, if you need cleaning service you must do pre-arrangement at a cost. (never happened to me since I started booking at The Regency Apartment) 6. No extra key, if required is the the guest cost. 7. No fitted sheet 8. NB: l will suggest the must one standard of The Regency Apartment Hospitality Standard where everyone owning an apartment at The Regency Apartment must be audited according to it by private Auditors. Every apartment listed on Booking.com must have a rating star like ⭐ or ⭐⭐ or ⭐⭐⭐or ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Everything was exceptional and in perfect working condition. I would however have liked it if 3 people could stay over, maybe have a sleeper couch, but this time it was only my daughter and myself so no problem. The restaurant on site is also a bonus as we didn't have to drive anywhere and the food is fantastic. Was also very impressed with the security on site. The ladies at reception very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. The bathroom is a little small but has everything one can need.

All required equipment,washing machine and dryer,spacious and quite for work and rest.

Need to add a toaster to apartment
