Guest house on Gillian Unit 3

Environment was lovely and quiet.

I expected linen to be changed everyday, unfortunately that did not happen.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It’s in since quite neighbourhood.

The water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower didn’t have hot water. We bathe with cold water the whole Weekend.

The bed was comfortable and the property was clean

The place was extremely noisy and got waken up by other tenants in the middle of the night to open gate. Staff wasn’t available and nobody answered their phone. Very bad communication. The shower is also a problem as no water pressure.

Absolutely nothing. As soon as we walked in we were hit with a horrendous odour and greeted by flies. The toilet was filthy and there was no hot water for us to shower We contacted Charne and Bradley as we were not happy with the room and requested to be moved to a different room. charne advised that all their rooms were full and that help could only be provided the next day. This is unacceptable. We ended up having to leave the room as the conditions were unbearable, as we tried to leave we texted and called her numerous times but she ignored our texts and kept cutting our call until another guest opened the gate for us to finally leave where we had no other choice but to check into a different accommodation for the night. We expect to be refunded as we were subjected to such a nightmare. We will definitely not recommend this Guest house of horrors to anyone!.
