The pillows were lumpy but worse still are a health hazard. I removed the pillowcases to check the cleanliness and was appalled---stained dirty black spots ?mould marks. I took photographs of them for proof of my complaint. No pillow protectors or mattress protector. These are all expected to be hygenic!! We slept without pillows. The window blinds are dirty and sticky and have no strings to lower or raise them. The oven switch is non existant. The wall plug for the kettle and microwave is loose in the wall, The microwave interior is rusty. The unit was double booked . We felt sorry for the people who arrived in the dark to find us in their unit. How did that happen?

There was an aircon and at least a microwave to warm up food.

Mattress was a bit hard to sleep on and water pressure was a bit low.
