GBININThe staff has changed the booked room and after checking when enquired he said as we didn't pick his call he alloted to other. When we confronted we didn't do intentionally and it went unnoticed as our car got repaired on our way and we were occupied to fix that, later my wife said we are not new to pilgrim shes also born and raised in Tirupati, will complain to booking.com support and the room booked for senior citizens considering their health, then he picked the argument with my wife and abused her in very foul language about private. To deescalate the arguments we paid 800rs as room cleaning charges and left.
