Breakfast was not served even though it's included in the charges and neither was proper response for refund or arranging the breakfast from outside. On top of that the request for extra water bottles was being charged and were asked to pay for it, which we obviously denied.

Everything was below par. No value for money.

Location is good. Rooms are clean.

We stayed 6 nights. Got same breakfast everyday. No choices no options no taste. Mattresses were of poor quality. Room was small. Staff is limited. Way too expensive for the quality of service and room. Would not recommend for that price. Probably they are just charging for the location which is just in front of a metro station but even that is not justifiable for the price they charge. You'll get way better 3 star hotels for lesser price in the same area. We were just in a hurry so booked it without much research.
