The property was not clean. The room was smelling, bedsheet had stains on it, and the bathroom was dirty.

Nothing I liked about this property.

Hotel personnel called me in the morning and took 1000 rupees to block the room. I notified them that I would be reaching the hotel post office I.e. around 7pm. When I arrived to check in the staff gave me a room that is dirty, clumsy and nothing like what the images were looking like while booking the room. Balcony was missing too. All furniture’s were in poor state. When I opened the cupboard there was already a luggage bag, presumably the room has been used by the staff themselves. When enquired about why such room is given, the answer was all other rooms were taken. I had no choice adjusting in this pathetic room. Completely waste of money.
