StayVista at 5 Rooms at The West Wind - Ooty Comp Breakfast

Everything was amazing. From the location, to the home made breakfast and their staff were so friendly and helpful go my family & especially sweet towards my baby! The manager vinith was also very responsive and Checked in on us via phone calls.

This is located a couple of kms away from the city of Ooty. The homestay is really well maintained with decent enough amenities and excellent view. Rooms are hygienic and pretty spacious. Also, the staff was pretty friendly. The food was delicious too.

The only disadvantage is the narrow and steep road (which is pretty much the case in the entire city)

We were given a suite where both the bedroom and annex were very spacious and had modern furniture. The view out from the room was excellent. Location was also far from bustle of the town but easy to reach. The set menus were restricted but very well prepared and served warm. I would definitely recommend this as a good option for other visitors. The staff were also very respectful and responsive.

The food situation was confusing. There was no set menu; it was decided each day, but you had to ask the kitchen staff to know. Meal times were also a little loose - 7:30pm dinner time might mean 8:30 by the time it was served.

It is very clean and has good ambience. Well maintained.
