"Exceptional"

Absolutely perfect 1 bedroom flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to cook. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash. Two big and small towels are provided for 2 ppl. Heater works perfect. We never feel cold. Highly recommended for staying for a short or long stay. Communication with the agent is very fast and clear.

The only small issue was with the door key during our check-in, which was not provided on time at 15:00, so we waited on the staircase until 15:40. But since the flat is in the city centre so you can easily make yourself busy shopping or going for a walk or lunch, what we did. The issue was sorted out very fast via customer call

"Good but could be excellent"

Great location, near shops and Chester Food Market. 15 minutes walk to train station and bus station. Next door to Tesco Express. Comfortable bed and good shower. Tv in bedroom and sitting area. Good communication on how to find and access the apartment (flat 4)

Sofa bed was not made and no indication as to where bedding was located. After a number of calls it was established that there was no sheets for sofa bed or towels for our 3rd person. Eventually someone came and made the sofa bed and left towels. The communal areas were very dark so it was difficult to input code for key and see keyhole for door.

Facilities were brilliant. Great location. Spotless Comfy bed Lovely shower

Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. Lots of noise from the streets below.
