appartement tout confort, pratiquement neuf, bien situé en plein centre ville dans une rue piétonne et proche de toutes commodités. nombreux restaurants et pubs à proximité.

peut-être un peu bruyant les soirs de week-end avec tous les pubs environnants, mais tout s'arrête à minuit ou 1h00.

Convenience to Chester central

SO Hot, no fan (even after asking several times for one), we were told to open window (was open when we arrived) ,window was dangerous and only opened about 4 inches, OMG the noise from clubs and drunks below...all night, every night, we were told to put earplugs in. Cheap and loose fittings, tiny bed, nowhere to put your bags. Very unhelpful staff from a call centre relaying messages and sending back patronizing messages but not actually helping with the fact that we desperately needed a fan and couldn't be in the room without sweating. Asked to cancel after we realised that they would not bring us a fan and were told we could not. Fans arrived downstairs as we were leaving after 3 nights and they were poor quality like everything else in the apartment. We travel all over the world staying in rooms and hotels, we would never stay anywhere run by this company again.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The location was excellent.

The windows are too heavy to open and dangerous to close. The apartment could have done with a fan to keep cool as well, it was very hot in the apartment over the last few days.
