Really easy to check in. Close to shops. Lovely balcony terrace/dining area. Really private.

Up a slight hill but that’s most villas by that area. no air con.

We always stay in this area and found the apartment easily so we could leave our bags there as we arrived a number of hours before check in time of 3pm. It is on a private development so it was very quiet which for us was great as it meant we had good sleeps in the comfy bed. It is a ten minute walk from the main strip of Puerto del Carmen and is close to three decent supermarkets and a few bars if you don't want to go to the main strip. There is a spacious terrace with a dining table and chairs and all the necessary facilities for a short stay (kettle, toaster, fridge, hob, electric water heater, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, decent wifi and a television). Plenty of towels were provided and there was shower gel / hand soap in the bathroom. The decor in the apartment was basic but it was clean and comfortable for our stay.

For those with reduced mobility the apartment is on a steepish street and is accessed by a flight of stairs. The apartment has changed since the photographs were published so perhaps new photographs could be added to help people decide.

Dampness and paint peeling in bottom of wall in bedroom.No extractor in bathroom. Kitchen needs updating

Location, location, location. the complex was a short walk from the front and all the amenities. Great shower and plenty of hot water. The patio was a good size and relatively private. The complex itself was very secure and quiet, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Our room had a large firm bed which was excellent.

We weren't initially told the number of our apartment so it took an international call to customer services to find out where we were staying on our arrival. The complex has a number of steps which as I have a disabled leg were interesting to navigate with a suitcase and no mention when I booked. The hot water into the sink was slightly discolored which was reported. There was a rattan settee on the patio but no sun loungers which would have been more comfortable and useful. There was no spare bedding either, pillow cases or blankets which given the drop in temperature would have been used. The decoration was a little tired, but wasn't too bad.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, al nostro arrivo oltre alla stupenda posizione e vista dell'appartamento, abbiamo trovato tante cose per fare colazione...ci siamo sentiti veramente tanto accolti! Grazie davvero!

Un petit appartement bien placé, ! Belle petite terrasse donnant sur la piscine ! Belle chambre avec son ventilateur au plafond ! Restaurants à côté de l'appartement ainsi que les bars !! 😉

On n'a pas apprécié la cuisine un peu vieillotte !! L'assise du canapé un peu sale ! Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain ! Les coussins du salon de jardin sales ! Le parasol trop petit et sale !! Pas de clim!!

La piscina y la ubicación.

El apartamento es muy sencillo y tenía una plaga de hormigas en baño y cocina que resultó bastante incómoda.
