King Bed Spacious Apartment Gym Rooftop Free Parking

The apartment was very spacious. Its location is very convenient in Capitol Hill. Parking is free on-site. The gym and rooftop (with great views, fireplace, and plenty of comfy seating) in the apartment complex were very nice. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This is just nit-picky, but the apartment living room could use some more lighting.

It was nice having a designated parking space. Though the EV chargers didn't work for us. The location is a nice spot and safe feeling. The kitchen is big and it's nice to have that for leftovers or cooking. Overall it's a large property for being in the city. Great Thai food and great cookies/ice cream just down the street. Close-ish to Capitol Hill.

The bed is pretty small for most couples. It was very warm while we were there and the air conditioning wasn't very intuitive and we never figured out how to use it. So we just kept the windows open, but the sprinkler system is quite loud and it's right next to the bedroom. I didn't really appreciate the reminders to leave the place clean and tidy, even though we always do, but we paid a fairly large cleaning fee and then paid an added 75 dollar fee for the "pet fee" for two nights which added to the overall feeling of that it was priced too high for the property itself. I wouldn't call it luxury but it was adequate. There was quite a bit of dust on the ventilation fan in the bathroom and that was unfortunate to look at. The plug to the bath tub seems loose and it kept closing while I tried to shower and that was annoying. The property is outside of the more popular parts of the city. It took quite a while to get to Climate Pledge Arena and equally long to get back.

Huge apartment, well located and an easy bus ride from the city and located opposite a Safeway. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and we loved the roof terrace!

The bed legs were protruding and I caught my toe on one of the legs which was so painful 😥 The valance should be removed to prevent any further accidents. Was an expensive stay but understand it is a city break.

the bed is full size. a bit small for 2 people. it's the only sleeper in the unit.
