King Bed Spacious Apartment Gym Rooftop Free Parking

It' an apartment in second fl with free parking space with secure key. Space is big enough but only one bed. Quite neighborhood. Big Market in front of building from 7-12am. Laundry GM machine. Enough towels for 2-3 days and you have to wash it yourself.

air conditioning seems to be old. It's kind of cold in bathroom. floor condition is kind of old. TV is smart tv so you can't watch local channel. Cooking utensil need to be equipped it's out dated.

We were totally impressed with all of the amenities at the apartment. It was more than we expected. Very clean and everything you could possibly need to run a home.

There was a portable air conditioner that had a hose that went through the wall with a seal around the hose. However the seal was torn off the hose and cold air came into the sitting area of the living room through the hole for the hose vent.

The apartment was super cozy, had all that we needed. Safeway is right across the street. Quiet Neighborhood, close to Capitol Hill and the Arboretum.

The apartment is spacious inside and the kitchen appliances are very good. The location was convenient for us, and having a secure parking space was great. When we had questions, the owner/manager was gracious and responded quickly. This property resembles an apartment that someone will want to rent someday rather than being a place carved out of an existing building to accommodate a short-term guest. That makes it feel homey.

Getting in and out of the place is somewhat complicated though the property manager is very helpful. Inside the apartment the lights are all around the perimeters of the rooms rather than lighting the centers (and this can be a bit dark on a rainy Seattle day). A fan-like noise in the bathroom hums all of the time, and be careful not to stub your toes on the bed's feet. These complaints are all little things: the apartment is very nice.

The super clean rooms, kitchen stocked with all the cookware and utensils I needed. Really loved having a washer and dryer in the apartment with laundry detergent provided. I forgot to bring an umbrella but when rain was forecasted, I found an umbrella in the closet. Simple departure text instructions sent the day before checkout. Super quiet and clean apartment building. Grocery store right across the street. Free parking on site. Walkable neighborhood. Lots of great coffee shops in walking distance.

The $114 cleaning fee. When I received the offer from Booking.com. I thought for sure that the deal was a waived cleaning fee which is why I buy the deal only to learn that Booking only gave me a $47 discount.

The apartment was beautiful and the host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The location was great, there was a safeway across the street which was nice.

the only problem was that the property didn’t have any AC, but the fans provided were great. it was very hot during the time we were there.

We really loved this property. Was big and had a small outdoor area. Safeway across the road and local bus 3 minute walk.
