King Bed Spacious Apartment Gym Rooftop Free Parking

The flat is spacious and comfortable & has all the essentials for a short/medium stay. Host is very responsive via chat. The location isn't very central but conveniently close to supermarkets & a bus stop. The view on the garden is really nice & peaceful.

There isn't much to complain about. It's a long walk to downtown - and an even longer uphill walk back to the apartment. Some small things weren't as clean as expected (e.g. mildew on shower curtain). You can clearly hear people in the corridor coming in/out to the point where it sounds like they're trying to get into the flat.

First things first: I would wholeheartedly recommend booking this apartment. Here is why: It is spacious, everything was very tidy and clean when I arrived, the kitchen had all the utensils etc. one might need, there are many cupboards, drawers and countertops on which you can put and keep your things, the bed is super comfortable and I slept so so well. The apartment is just very pretty and you immediately feel comfortable and at home there. I was a little nervous about how accessing the building etc. would work but the relevant information is sent to you with more than enough time in advance, there are different codes for entering the building and the apartment, it was very easy and made me feel safe at the same time. Sebastian, who manages the apartment, reacted immediately and was very helpful when I had questions. If you want to use the gym, that is hasslefree too because there's a fob in the apartment to unlock the door to the gym 24/7. There are treadmills, ellipticals and Peloton bikes, also a couple of dumbbells and kettlebells, resistance bands and stuff like that. It's small but functional, and if you need more, like a variety in strength machines, there are also various gyms in the neighbourhood. The location is also great thanks to the big supermarket across the street (Trader Joe's isn't far away either, the same goes for Walgreens) and the many cafés and restaurants in the area. I hardly needed to Uber anywhere because public transport is closeby and walking to popular sights like Pike Place Market is perfectly doable too. The neighborhood is very pretty and most of the time it’s quiet. Sometimes there was some yelling at night, but during the day and in the evenings I felt safe as a female solo traveller.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Great location! Safeway is across the street! Downtown is close. And It is soo cozy, big ,comfortable apartment! Everything is clean and nice. It has everything you need - all kitchen stuff, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer. And parking! We enjoyed our stay, it was definitely better than any hotel! For me there wasn't enough lights, but we didn't need to work or do any reading, writing, so it wasn't a big problem. Also, the owner is very friendly, responded very quickly on all our messages.

Perfect place to stay in Seattle, nice host too.

The laundry machine and dryer is a bit loud at night, but you can barely hear it if you close your bedroom door.

The unit was beautiful, fantastic natural light, spacious unit with high ceilings, quiet location. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Our only complaint was that the instructions for building/unit entry and exiting the parking garage were lacking. This is easy to remedy.

Very convenient apartment, had basically everything a living apartment could ever need.

Excellent Location; very responsive host and a very clean environment. Supermarket across the street was a bonus.

Bathroom extractor fan cannot be shut off. Making noise all day.

It was super close to everything you would want to do in the city. It’s 15 minutes from just about anything you want to do tourist wise. Super clean apartment with all the amenities you would need. The host is fantastic and remedied my little problems super fast.
