Rubbish pilled up out the back of the house. No TV channels available, unable to use smart TV for netflix, etc.. as WiFi blocked. All the beds were singles, just pushed together to make a double, headboards falling off. Heating on a timmer turns off once the house at a certain temperature, then won't come back on until cold again. Bathroom full of mould behind taps Bathroom lock falling off door, door doesn't stay shut without the lock. The ironing board had to be put together as in pieces. Hairdryer box in cupboard downstairs, no hairdryer in the box.

Dreadful.

Living room smelt damp and it was baking hot weather, kitchen was tatty, bed cushions were dusty, 1 bed not changed. We were unable to stay there and booked into a hotel instead. We have approached the management company for a refund but none forthcoming.

Layout of property was nice.

There is a smell of mold throughout the property, significantly worse in the kitchen and bathroom. We checked out the day before because most of the family felt ill due to the smell and couldn't take it any longer. This property is not fit for purpose- it is a health hazard. Back garden is unkempt and uninviting.
