Beautiful, large, friendly Allergen labeling Alpacas on site

Aircon vents blowing right over the bed so freezing. We asked for a vent magnet/cover but they didn’t understand the request Bathroom extremely cold Service at restaurant extremely slow and first night terrible, bfast slow so take extra time. Second night the service was much better Good wines and cocktails

Beautiful restaurant, the music, service food all excellent except for the fruit which was a bit tasteless and too long in the refridgerator. Loved the water circuit.

Transportation reserved from the hotel far too expensive

It is a stunningly beautiful property with a very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was excellent. Breakfast in particular was spectacular with a wide variety of choices, all of excellent quality. The pool was delightful, indoor/outdoor heated.

Honestly, nothing. We don’t often avail ourselves of “luxury” stays, but this was a very nice way to spend a couple of days acclimating to the altitude.

The hotel was fabulous! It was a beautiful property, the spa was wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious! We loved the baby alpaca that came to the lobby every evening!

"Excellent stay with train station inside hotel."

Perfect stay. I loved how PeruRail was a few feet away. I loved the aroma as soon as you stepped in the door. Breakfast was excellent. The room was just lovely. Staff were so polite and attentive.

There’s not many restaurant selections nearby. The water pressure in shower was very low.
