Modern 2 bed flat Southampton- Close to Central Station & Shops

The door lock jammeed ad we could not get out on the house. The parking permint was not pesent so we got a praking fine Which the host volenteer to pay and did so promptly. The house coul have been alitle cleaner.

I like that telly got everything and the room was so spacious.

Just 1 problem. The cooker didn't work. But I didn't really need anyway. So it was fine but hopefully they would do something about it for the next stayer

Really comfy and clean

Excellent location, 2 large bedrooms and a more than adequately equipped kitchen, with a nice lounge. Clean and comfortable and certainly warm enough in the winter months. The host had even kindly left fresh toothbrushes for us - a nice touch, along with the usual bathroom toiletries

Property was lovely location, perfect size 2 bed apartment with kitchen and living area combined. Loved that the apartment had toiletries already there for us, some basic food etc in the cupboards and parking was available easy to use. Also Thomas was extremely helpful & kind with any query I had whilst at the stay!

You get what you pay for! Only a few things that I’m being really nit-picky with, is there wasn’t many cooking (pots and pans) for us to use, one bedroom had two mirrors in, but the smaller bedroom had none in the room, would be useful having some in there as the group all had to get ready using a mirror in the master bedroom. Rooms smelt damp (but this seems to be an older building).There was a stench of smoke coming from the hallway/stairs, and quite a lot of noise, not sure who was living underneath & smoking say in the rooms downstairs. But this is all very small things that we are being super picky about, but for £60 a night I am definitely not complaining!! We loved it here and will definitely be coming back again !
