Clean and modern, everything you need is there including free parking. Great location for visiting Harry Potter and Central London. Great communication with the owner.

"Host didn’t meet, told us collect keys from a shop and that shop was closed then host didn’t answer"

"Mixed"

Location was perfect. Nice building. Quiet and secure. Parking space. New carpets in bedroom and living room. WiFi. Well equipped kitchen, even had washing up liquid. Efficient heating.

No hot water on arrival so shower went freezing very quickly. I had to look for hot water tank, switch on and wait! Hot water should have been on for arrival or at least instructions telling us how to switch on. Also towels were wet!! Had they been washed and not dried? Couldn't be used! Sofa bed very basic therefore daughter slept on a blow up bed we thankfully had in car. When looking for additional bedding, some found also to be wet. Only double duvet covers for spare single duvet. Covers on double bed were discoloured, looked like bleach stains. Mattress and pillows on double bed were terrible, pillows flat and could feel springs in soft mattress. We had a terrible sleep. Cooker took ages to boil even just water for pasta.

The property is a fantastic location and was exceptional clean and well equipped.

Checkin in was a bit awkward as you have to collect the keys from a local shop.
