Location, helpful staff. Style. Cleanliness.

Towels on the bed were damp. Duvet cover in wardrobe drawer was very damp so couldn’t use for sofa. Hot and cold tap wrong way around in kitchen so I scalded myself. No plug socket near bed or bedside light in bedroom. So I had to turn off the light at the other side of the room and find my way back to bed in the dark. Plus charge my phone up on the other side of the room. No Aerial for TV so couldn’t watch normal channels. Was freeview tv but all prerecorded programmes. Wanted to watch live tv but couldn’t. Just little things that would have made our trip perfect. But not everyone may be bothered by these things. Otherwise the property was lovely.
