Matrasses need a change, otherwise it was good

That it was closer to everything we needed as we were there for the Sanlam cape Town Marathon. We were just metres away from the start which meant we saved in having to request to the start and back. The area is safe and we didn’t encounter any issues in our stay here.

A suggestion: if possible please kindly look into changing the bed as the other half(single) wasn’t soo comfortable, maybe move the bathroom lights to where they won’t automatically switch off when you closing the door and if it’s not possible to have a washing machine maybe just a suggestion of laundromat services around the area as this would help for people that aren’t too familiar with the area. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

Bathroom door off its rail, could not close Shower leaked water between head and hose Kitchen bin had no lid Fridge lacked freezer door and shelves Throw on bed full of holes BUT THE ULTIMATE WAS THE CLOTHES CUPBOARD... MOLDED black and green due to waterleak of geyser. Had to live out of our suitcases for 3 days! No shelves, due to soiled pillows Bedlamps not functioning Odds and sods crockery
