The area is lovely, even at this time of year. The chalet was clean, beds comfortable.

The lack of heating in the living room area was a big problem! Even though it's a cold time of year if heating isn't adequate it should be stated as such or not rented out until the summer.

Absolutely gorgeous chalet, very welcoming, clean, tidy and comfortable. Has everything you need for a break away. Will 100% visit again.

Home from home, everything you needed so didn’t need to pack bed linen, towels etc. Chalet spacious and clean with parking very close by. Less than 5 mins drive to Hemsby beach, shops and cafes, we also drove to Yarmouth, Cromer and Sheringham whilst there.

There isn’t anything to not like but Wi-Fi would have been a bonus, I appreciate why you don’t have it though. Maybe a DVD player in the living room so kids have something to watch of an evening would have also been nice but we took board games to occupy them.

Great location with a short walk to Hemsby beach. Good amount of space for what we required and really comfortable stay.

Wifi! The only thing we missed is WiFi, normally we wouldnt mind at all but the phone signal is not strong at all in the area so wifi would have been amaizng just for those down time moments!

Was a lovely accomodation. We enjoyed the stay there and would highly recommend.

Could have done with more local amenities, particularly for children. We drove the short distance to Winterton beach which was beautiful.

I liked the location of the chalet 10 min walk to lovely clean dog friendly beach. The site was very clean and peaceful. The chalet itself was clean and well equipped . The bed was comfortable and had TVs in bedroom and lounge area. Outside seating and washing line. Kitchen was well equipped tea coffee etc provided. Microwave toaster etc Two toilets. Dog friendly no additional charges Clear instructions to locate chalet and get keys was allowed early check in and booked at short notice . .

Electricity had to be turned on arrival it was very hot took a long time to ventilate the chalet with main ceiling fan could not keep door open as dogs could go out. Windows only opened in bedrooms to get air flow. Shower fixed on short hose so it is difficult to use as didn't stretch far. Did not understand instructions for cooker but was adequate to use hob and microwave. Sofa practical.but not too comfortable It would have been great value for money for 6 people sharing but not much reduction for only using one room.
