Not clean behind sofas only found out we dropped my keys then needed to move them cook was a joke had other people around to try get it working even phone the number on paper work and no reply

Hot and itchy bedding and the key code we were given by booking.com and owner was incorrect so we couldn’t get the keys. We did ring owner and they did ring us back quickly.
