Juliet's Dream Suite - City Center

Really beautiful apartment in wonderful building. Very clean. Right in centre of Verona. Pets free of charge. Wish we could stay more than 2 nights. We will definitely booked again.

You must park your car in one of the parking garage and walk app. 15 min to the apartment. But this is normal due to central location and actually is not a minus just observation.

Great location of the apartment, the apartment is situated in the courtyard, so it is very quiet. Very very clean apartment!!!! The keys are ready in the box, so you don't need to meet anyone. The host thinks about everything, the apartment is ready for your arrival, the decoration and the lighting ,everything is prepared for you stay. We recommend the best apartment we visited in Verona.

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of the action, but whisper quiet inside. Huge proportions, a master suite to rival the finest hotels and great customer service.

The apartment is big. It is located on a quiet street in the center.

The location is perfect and the apartment was clean and spacious.

Airconditioning does not work: we had to sleep with 29 degrees Celsius, which was very unpleasant. No private parking: we were told over WhatsApp that we couldn’t make use of the private parking. We had to walk 20 minutes with luggage and pay for public parking. We tried addressing these issues with the owner, but we don’t feel heard. The issues were not acknowledged and also no attempt was made to solve it or compensate us.

There is no real AC, the cooling/heating is done by a Thermal pump. In our case it has been off for a while as it was 34c in the flat when we arrived at 11pm! There was a mobile AC (so the AC issue is not a new one) but the outlet for the hot air was not connected anywhere... So it was producing cold air in the front and hot air in the back and immense noise at the same time. We contacted David the next morning, he advised to reset the thermal pump and in the mean time to use super loud industrial fans which we could locate in the storage room (so the AC is really ongoing issue). The pump did it's job by day 3 bringing the temperature down to 24c but we had to leave. So this really ruined an otherwise great stay (the flat and the location are amazing) Another issue is the parking - the property is advertised with bookable private parking nearby. I contacted the owner right after booking to secure a space , then followed up twice in the next days without success just to get an answer 1 hour before my arrival telling me that it's not possible for the night advising to use the parking close to the arena (15min walking)

Amazing location, very stylish apartment very clean nice beds and furniture . Nespresso style coffe machine with enough capsules for us.

Some teething troubles with the airco,
