Pool was very nice, friendly staff, room was big and facilities in the room were very good. The whole place felt and looked very modern and clean. Nice views of surrounding area, and balcony was nice too.

On two of the days there was no available parking so we had to park in a different nearby car park, meaning we had to get up early the next morning to move the car before getting a parking ticket. The double bed consisted of two mattresses, it would have been nicer to have it as one. The shower had no door.

The hotel was incredible, the staff were super helpful and we could not fault the stay. Villabassa is the perfect base for exploring the dolomites, and this hotel ticks every single box! The pool was a great edition, and having a kitchen was super helpful too. We loved our stay and cannot wait to come back!!
