Top Hotel, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, super Spa-Bereich, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel ist bei mir unter den Top 3 gelandet! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile! Pulizia veramente impeccabile. Struttura molto bella e curata, idem per il nostro appartamento dove non mancava niente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. La spa mi è piaciuta moltissimo, secondo me perfetta, belle anche le varie zone relax. Lo consiglio!

"Sehr schöne Tage im Montanaris"

Das Haus ist sehr neu und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Apartment war sehr schön, wenngleich etwas wenig Stauraum für Kleidung/Reisetaschen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - wenn etwas fehlt, kann dies bei der Rezeption erfragt werden. Das Apartment wird täglich gereinigt. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, um sich im Pustertal oder auch ins Gsieser Tal (zum Langlaufen) zu bewegen. Der Bahnhof oder einer kleiner Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wir waren etwas negativ überrascht von dem Verhalten von Mit-Gästen im Wellnessbereich. Die Saune ist ab 15 Jahren, doch das wird nicht beachtet. Zum Teil wurden "Plätze" in der kleinen Heu-Sauna per Handtuch besetzt, während die Personen "Pause" gemacht haben. Im Ruheraum des Schwimmbades wussten wir oft nicht, ob die Personen die Liegen noch besetzt hatten oder ob einfach die benutzten Handtücher liegen gelassen wurden.

Wir haben wunderbare Zeit in der Anlage gehabt. Es verfügt über tolle Welnessanlage, die haben wir sehr genossen.

Das Frühstück ist zwar üppig jedoch, wir hätten gern Obst, oder Abwechselung gewünscht.
