Posizione perfetta,a due passi da Gran Via e in una zona molto sicura. Supermercato sotto casa veramente comodo. Lo consiglio vivamente,pulizia eccezionale e host super disponibile.

"Séjour agréable et très bon emplacement de l'hébergement."

L'emplacement est idéal et l'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé. Facilité pour communiquer avec l'hôte qui est réactif.

L'immeuble est assez sonore. La douche de l'appartement ́ne s'écoule pas bien et inonde très vite le sol.

La doccia non funziona nella maniera corretta e fuoriusciva l’acqua dal piatto.

Die Lage war sehr gut und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber auch. Gute Betten und ausreichend Platz.

Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, die Türen lassen sich schwer öffnen, Wasserschaden im Bad, dadurch schließt die Badezimmertüre nicht. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas abgenützt und nicht zu 100% sauber. Kaffeemaschine steht neu da, aber funktioniert nicht, sie wäre leider mit Plastikkapseln zu bedienen. Die Ausstattung ist sonst aber gut.

Breakfast not applicable. it was a bit complicated to get in. if we had not had mobile connection it would have been impossible to reach the door of appt. we were 3 separate people with only one set of keys. One person could not get the download with "boton" on her mobile. so she ad the key. The day of the powercut it made life difficult.

There is only on one mirror in bedrooms. none in appt. So if someone from double room with mirror was in bathroom.. other 2 people could not access a mirror. I think another mirror in bedroom 2 would be essential.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in the heart of Chueca, Madrid. We were a group of 4 peoples, and the apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. A modern design, and all the furniture is new and stylish. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops around, but still very quiet inside. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!
