Nice apartment near Gran Vía VAL27

The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was clean and super convenient. It was definitely comfortable for family of 4. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

There wasn't shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. There was two bottles of white gel things on the bath room counter, we used one for washing hand, and the other for shower gel. The option to get into the apartment was a little different, the instructions were quite long to follow. Once we got in ang get the physical keys, it was easy.

We were told that there were leakage problem in the unit however they did make the unit comfortable to live in. Location is superb, walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and shops.

Location , room size

When we arrived we found a big hole in the living room floor , I took a photo and told the owner about it, she said she is having issues with the insurance company…I asked her at least to cover it as someone can Tripp over it. She said she will come to cover it but never came. Another issue is the shower, water keeps coming out of the shower when you take a shower and you need to dry the floor it every time.

Location is perfect Size of the apartment is more than average Tip: local breadstore called Santo bakehouse: the most delicious breads and sweets. Worth to get fresh bread from there. The street is calm, and just around the corner a busy shopping street

-The shower drain got clogged and caused a leak over the floor; this was quickly fixed the next day by the owner 👍🏾 - like many Spanish appartements, it can be noisy, especially when neighbors have 2 crying kids in the middle of the night. - the couch and the sheets in the bedroom had a little smell in them.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly and answered all our questions quickly. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, very quiet and at the same time located in the city center.

The water in the shower drains a little slowly, but we easily adapted to it.

Great hosts and comfortable apartment. Really appreciate the fact that we were allowed to check into the apartment early. The location is fantastic - on a relatively quiet street, but only short walk to all the vibrant life of Madrid.

Spacious apartment in the heart of the city. Well located and even if in the heart of the city, it is quiet.
