Comfortable 1BR home with Maltese Balcony in Valletta By 360 Estates

Perfect location - very short walk to main attractions and restaurants, nice and quiet spot. The facilities are good - kitchen area was well equipped. Lovely views of Fort St Elmo. Large bathroom with double shower was a treat.

We were very happy with the apartment and the location however the photos online are out of date as the pictures on the lounge wall and bedroom wall mirror have all been taken down for some reason. Obviously this didn't spoil our stay but the apartment would look more homely with these items put back up.

Excellent location at one end of Republic Street. Easy access. The apartment was clean and quiet – the two things I had as priorities. It was a good size, and the kitchen was well equipped. The wet room was great and the air con was a blessing as the temperature was in the 30s. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect. On the main street but at the far end which was quite and offered wonderful views of the three cities.

The weather whilst we were in Malta was much colder than expected and we couldn't get the air con unit to blow out heat so the apartment was a bit cold in the evening/

A roomy apartment in the city next to the fort. It had all the essentials as listed. Comfortable bed and easy chairs. A very quiet location just 10 minutes walk to the centre.

Unfortunately the link containing the apartment information and access code, sent to us by the property the day before we arrived, did not work. I tried to contact the property the evening prior to travelling but I had no response from the property to my messages. When in Valletta I tried to telephone the property for the access information but to no avail. Eventually, I telephoned Booking.com for assistance. Booking.com were very helpful and sent me another link, presumably from the Property, and this time it worked. A simple PDF sent to my email would have been preferable. Once we received this information it was simple to access the apartment and we had no further problems. The apartment was very cold. We realise it was the beginning of February and that in the summer it would be hot and air conditioning necessary but a small heater would have been appreciated for those travelling out of season. A very minor issue was that we could not make the television work. It did not seem to have been set up. Another very minor issue was that the kitchen sink plug did not function. Luckily we had with us a universal sink travel plug!

We liked that it was easy to get the keys after a late arrival. The location was excellent having a nice view and being relatively quiet at night, but still close to the centre. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen facilities were good. The staff were very helpful. We particularly liked having breakfast with the morning sun beaming through the Maltese balcony.
