Great staff and service, Best amenities. Highest quality you can ask for. Location is isolated but with the best view you can imagine. Breakfast was above and beyond.

Der Strand ist nach links runter traumhaft schön. Das Fitnesscenter ist Klasse. Die Bungalows sind traumhaft schön und alles sehr neu und gepflegt, mit toller Terrasse. Personal super nett und um Umsatz bemüht.

KEINE SONNENSCHIRME für den Bereich vor dem Meer am Strand bei den Bungalows. Da wir gesehen haben,dass Sonnenschirme zur Reserve zur Verfügung standen, können wir nicht verstehen, wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel seinen Gästen in der heutigen Zeit, wo immer mehr Menschen an schwarzen Hautkrebs erkranken, diese nicht zur Verfügung stellen. Täglich haben Gäste nach Schirmen gefragt und wurden freundlich gebeten, doch die am Pool zu nutzen, wo man aber für 2500 Baht verzehren muss und täglich ab 14 Uhr der DJ so Laut Musik spielt wie in einer Disco.(steht nicht in der Hotelbeschreibung). Es gibt auch noch 2 Schirme beim Kinderpool direkt an der Straße. Preise für Getränke und Essen sind aber überall gleich, auch wenn man nicht am Pool liegt.

Für den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet. Abfluss im Bad hat dauerhaft gestunken trotz mehrfacher Meldung an der Rezeption. Hellhörige Zimmer. Überteuerte Preise. Man zahlt den Namen Nikki Beach. Lage sehr abseits gelegen.

The staff were wonderful here. Our room was lovely and well maintained and cleaned. The spa is excellent with good masseuses. Aff is amazing. The Escape restaurant food was good. The gym is very well equipped and clean.

The hotel has just 2 pools - the long one is very good for swimming lengths but really only 2 people at a time and the only sunbeds here are on people’s room terraces - so not really a place to sit, lie or hang out unless you have a pool access room. We paid a lot more for a garden villa room but the other pool and sunbeds were only available for an expensive minimum spend and outside beach club visitors were prioritised. The music is good but very very loud with enormous speakers and no one wants the beds near the speakers. The minimum spend is upwards of 2500 tbh for an afternoon. We were already paying a very expensive price for b&b - £400 p night. The only “free” sunbeds are on an area above the beach with no umbrellas and there are too few for resort guests. There is hardly any beach at the resort as the tide comes right in so you can’t really sit on the beach or walk along without swimming part of the way. The beach shelves steeply and current is strong so unsuitable for children or poor swimmers . The beach club is all afternoon but the evenings are very quiet with only one small restaurant and little entertainment provided. There was a fire show and bbq on one night (we were there for 7 nights). Prices are quite steep for bbq and drinks and minibar. I can’t fault the staff who were amazing. The resort needs to rethink its beach club sunbed and pool policy - as I wouldn’t return because of this. Recommend you get a pool access room if staying rather than pricier garden villa.

Absoluut geweldig. Twee heerlijke zwembaden, een privéstrand, geweldig ontbijt. Het enige wat jammer is, is dat je voor een bedje aan het "mooie zwembad" een minimumbedrag hebt om te besteden (terwijl het niet vol ligt). Dat wordt niet gezegd in de advertentie van het hotel en voelt toch wel een beetje als een domper omdat het hotel al duur genoeg is;). Maar het heeft verder al onze verwachtingen overtroffen! Het diner is ook heel goed!
