We liked the beautiful setting and bungalows. Great vibe with great music at the pool on weekdays. Very good DJ. We recommend to stay on weekdays only. Definitely a good choice for 2-3 days. Some nice but very simple dining options outside.

Unfortunately on the weekend the hotel reserved the pool area to external guests and as hotel guests we were requested a quite high minimum spend to use the sun beds at the pool on the weekend. As a party of 4 with two teenage daughters it was an unreasonable amount. This policy was not mentioned upon reservation and we only discovered it upon arrival. It spoiled our weekend, 2 out of 6 days. The music these days was too loud and messy as there was also life music which was not matching the rythm of the DJ music. A noisy atmosphere with not so distinguished guests. We felt not comfortable and not respected as hotel guests. Food was average and overpriced and staff was kind but not very professional. Water sports material (SUP) was in bad condition. The beach is smaller as it looks on the pictures. We would not recommend to spend a weekend at this hotel.

Pojechaliśmy tam żeby odpocząć i się zrelaksować. Nikki Beach zapewnił nam to w stu procentach. Jeżeli kiedyś wrócimy na Koh Samui, to na pewno zatrzymamy się w tym resorcie. Bardzo przyjazny personel, przepyszne śniadania i komfortowy domek w ogrodzie, utwierdzają nas w tej decyzji. Polecamy Resort Nikki Beach wszystkim, którzy lubią komfort i chcą dobrze odpocząć.

W ogóle nie mamy się do czego przyczepić.

Staff are great, the new villas are awesome. Restaurant food is tasty but there are also other restaurants just outside. The Sunday Brunch has a wide variety of food however note the pool club can be pretty busy on Sunday. Highly recommend
