"DIRTY APARTMENT."

lovely appartment in centre of Southampton..But had lots of defaults..damp smell in kitchen area...splashback in bathroom peeling off... needs a bit of attention..Good Wifi..and tv.

The stair well was filthy, This apartment WAS NOT CLEANED..old build up of beach, dirty tiolet, thick dust on skirting boards, kitchen..cooker hood was thick withdust, the cookerwas greasy and dusty, fridge had dried milk in trays, microwave had food all up the side inside..The kitchen sink, had brown ringmarks. I)The bedding didnt smell fresh. photographed all and sent it the phone number..provided, who said they had informed the cleaner.. no one contacted us to arrange a clean all week..

Comfortable, clean flat, very central but quiet. Quick response to questions.

Lack of things to wash up with. No terrestrial TV. Otherwise very good.

Very good location, communication was good, at times even a bit too much as we got the same messages twice over from different people.

Some details could be improved such as adding hooks to hang wet towels or hangers for clothes in the bedroom; providing some cloths to clean the kitchen with (there was only one dish towel we had to use for everything)

It was hot in Southampton and the small fan didn't help much.
