Vista Arena, incredibile

La struttura è comodissima per chi vuole stare in centro, meglio di così per noi che dovevamo andare all arena nn si poteva fare

L arredamento è un po datato ma soprattutto consiglierei di cambiare la biancheria dei letti e mettere qualche prodotto in più per il bagno, lavarsi con il sapone delle mani nn era il massimo

The location was good overlooking the arena, with other attractions within easy walking distance.

The property description had many errors and the host was unresponsive when issues were raised. The shampoo sachets were empty when we arrived and they do not supply toiletries for your full stay saying they are only obliged to provide a welcome kit, the bath was broken and unusable, the kitchen was dirty and had no kettle, a broken tap and a disgusting chopping board. The hairdryer did not fit any of the plug sockets. The towels were thin and like sandpaper. The dining room chairs could be sat on for a maximum of 5 minutes. No welcome gift of wine as in the hosts welcome instructions

The location and the views of the arena were great

The towels were worn out as stiff like sandpaper. The faucet of the kitchen sink was broken. The cushions of the chairs in the living room were also worn out to the point that one can’t sit comfortably.

Location, spacious, clean

Very severe tone of the management and unnecessary and very complicated instructions about how to enter the apartment. It’s simple but their messages stress you out.

Superb location, lovely balcony.

Entry system, communication from owners, not clear about taking the keys with you if going out after 8pm - ended up locked out at 1am in the morning after going to the opera, very very stressful, had to wake someone from another apartment to let us into the gate, we were lucky they answered and let us in. If they hadn't we would have been locked out all night. I contacted the owners about this, they said a code we had would open the gate - we tried this several times and it didn't work, despite their assurances that it would. Terrible communication from them and entry instructions awful! Due to this it is impossible to go out separately after 8pm, as only 1 gate key provided. I mentioned this to them but they just kept saying a code would open the gate - and it wouldn't. Spoilt the stay a bit. Toilets were also a bit dirty on arrival :-(.

Die zentrale Lage neben der Arena ist beindruckend und imposant. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir in der Nacht eine Operprobe genießen. Die Wohnung war perfekt für unseren "Mädels Ausflug" zum Jonas Kaufmann in Opera.
