The location is really impressive. If you have a ticket for the opera, you're so closeby. And when you have the chance, you can HEAR another opera the day after from the terrace!

Wonderful apartment with lots of space and a beautiful view in a great location.

Check in was difficult as a link was used to open the front door. We were not told this until just before check in. We were originally going to have another guest check in and she wouldn't have had the link. The link didn't work for us at first and then did but rather stressful.

The location was amazing. Right next to the arena and near local amenities and restaurants and shops. There’s a lift. The apartment is more spacious than you think. Two washrooms. Three bedrooms. Air con was great. Two TVs. The host was so flexible and accommodating. Also provided some helpful information. Self checkin was easy. The host saved me as my previous apartment booked on booking.com forced me to cancel at 10pm the evening before I was flying out with my two small children. The check in was flexible and the booking was same day

The lighting in the living room is a lamp only and there isn’t a kettle or a way to warm up food other than using the cooker

Only one key to open external gate.Towels felt very 'rationed' as did soap ,shower gel etc. The apartment is expensive so a welcome pack of local recommended restaurants would have been nice.It would have been nice to meet a person._

The view was incredible. The balcony was beautiful and it was a in a very central location. The beds were clean and comfortable

Didn’t have information on getting in and out of the location after the gates were locked. There were homeless people that slept right outside the gates as well.

Location was fantastic, walking distance to great local restaurants, sights and markets (including Christmas markets). Public car park for our car was within easy walking distance and reasonably priced. Beds were super comfortable and rooms totally blacked out and quiet, so was able to sleep in. Property had all the facilities we needed including a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. This property had security and a lift so makes it easy to get to second floor with luggage or if you don’t feel like climbing any more stairs at the end of a day of sightseeing. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was a little confusing at first but once we figured it out, was easy to get in and out of property. Price was substantially more than we paid in other locations but as it was only a couple of nights the extra cost was worth paying for to have a stunning historical location and three bedrooms with comfortable beds for everyone in our group.

The absolutely wow balcony facing the Arena. The apartment itself is gorgeous and spacious with two bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen and everything you need for vacation. Elevator directly to 2nd floor where the apartment is located (in our case it was super important as my mum has problems with walking).

It’s such a shame that everything was spoiled with bulging entrance problem. Despite all previous complaints from other guests the owner/running company didn’t fix it. Be prepared to be home by 21ish or be stuck outside/inside waiting for not quick solution. First night we couldn’t open the gates door for 30-40 mins after 23ish till some security guy arrived. We been promised that they would send technicians to fix it tomorrow. Next day we took keys with us but it didn’t help either. We couldn’t leave the building and had to cancel all plans for this evening. It’s absolutely ridiculous as looks like this problem has been existing for pretty long time. The video sent how to get emergency keys is useless as it doesn’t exist. But we got keys after first night but they don’t work. No idea how it’s possible. It was pretty poor communication with a person on WhatsApp. So we don’t recommend this apartment until this issue is solved ( please check it beforehand). Also, there was no hot water on the second day.

It was near the center and we can go by walking.

The apartment owner or whoever responsible for the reservation are not available to answer our questions. I reached out to them multiple times regarding the water heater in the washrooms, but no response! The water was freezing and it was already cold there. Ive sent many messages via WhatsApp but no answer. The instructions about the apartment and how to access it is a bit long & they will only send you the instructions post the online checking, (which you must do it before 3:00PM ) to avoid any delays especially if you are carrying lots of luggage. Also the apartment is not

Amazing location. Right in heart of the city. Easy to walk where we wanted. Really is just by the arena.

We had a problem initially gaining entrance to property. You need to download quite a bit before arrival as we struggled with internet. In evening doors before property were locked. This took us over an hour to contact people and gain entry and a lot of stress. Instructions mentioned a key box which no longer seemed to exist.
