The place is clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen which allows for simple cooking.

-there is only one bathroom, so it will take a while to take turns for a bathe. - furniture is too big for the dinning area, little space to move around. -if you stay there for a number of days, please request for change of towels and clearing of bins as these are usually not cleared or changed for the entire stay (from what I understood from the staff there). - there is washing machine but no dryer so it will take longer for the clothes to dry.

The layout of the property is great esp for families with smaller children. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet. People working in the property are very helpful, approachable and friendly. Great view of Mt Fuji.

BBQ on the rooftop was fantastic! After we arrived, we found out we could see the winter fireworks over Lake Kawaguchi from the rooftop, which was really exciting. The house is very well-designed, and we definitely want to come back!

We loved every bit of our stay! The villa was very cozy and beautiful.

The only downside is the narrow alley on the way to the villa
