The villa is brand new with modern amenities that highlight the best of Japanese innovation. The entire home is beautifully designed and decorated for luxury and relaxation. The hosts and all the staff members were very helpful and welcoming. Communication in English was easy. When we couldn’t find a rice cooker, one of the staff members brought one very quickly. When I lost a bag, they found it for me the next day. And they even called a taxi for me to get to Kawaguchi station. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a nespresso. We walked down to Ogino supermarket (10 min away walk) to grab fresh and affordable seafood and meat to grill. We ate lunch on the rooftop terrace with a clear view of Mt. Fuji. It was a magical experience. The beds and pillows were clean and comfy. The house was very spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It was an overall gorgeous villa with stunning views of Mt. Fuji. Within 5 min of the bus stop. Will definitely come back again family.

Nothing, everything was perfect

I'm very excited to be back at Mount Fuji, this time for a climb with friends. We've stayed in other villas by Annovillas before and absolutely loved the design. Their villas are always situated in the perfect spots to enjoy the stunning views of Mount Fuji. Whether it's from the sofa in the living room or the bed in the bedroom, we could always appreciate the panoramic view of Mount Fuji. Not to mention the rooftop barbecue with a view of Lake Kawaguchi fireworks on one side and the perfect night sky with Mount Fuji on the other. I love it here so much; I wish I could live here year-round.

First and foremost, the location of Annovillas is unparalleled, offering breathtaking views of Mount Fuji. Whether it's the first light of dawn or a starry night, this place constantly astounds with the marvels of nature. What's most noteworthy is the outstanding service provided by them. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home and ensuring all our needs were met, enhancing our overall experience.

No major points as everything was a smooth sailing for us, I'd recommend having more mirrors around the house and a manual for the big parasol in the terrace.

The panoramic scenery from the rooftop was nothing short of perfection. We took great pleasure in hosting a splendid BBQ gathering on the rooftop, which added to the overall charm of our experience. The interior decor of the house exudes a distinct sense of style, and every corner is well-appointed with top-notch facilities. We had the convenience of using modern amenities like the washing machine, a well-equipped kitchen, and indulging in the luxury of watching Netflix on a projector. All in all, our stay was not only enjoyable but also incredibly convenient.
