2025 Award Winner Liverpool Peach House - 4 Bedrooms

The house was lovely and quiet with ample parking on the street outside (very wide street so perfectly safe). The location was great and we enjoyed a nice walk to Lark Lane where there is an abundance of eateries. We also walked to the city centre which is perfectly doable, though my Mum found it a little far with her bad feet and therefore we took the car the next day (£5 all day parking quite close to the Albert Dock can be found next the YHA).

The only thing we felt could be better was more seating space for relaxing in the evening. We all agreed that the front room which contains a sofa bed would be better as dining room, leaving space for another sofa or chairs in the TV room. That said if you're a party of 8 and need more beds it wouldn't suit this way, so it depends on the individual's needs. We resolved it by moving the sofa to the other wall and grabbing the chair from the front room, but probably not practical for everyone!

Perfect location and house was a good size to have all the family stay together and eat together good price as well. Modern furnishings

We are three married couples, we enjoyed our stay. Everything you need for a long weekend away.

One of our party cannot walk far so we had to use a taxi at night to eat out.

The property was beautiful, clean and tidy. The owners have made this feel like home from home and it did not disappoint.

It was a perfect place for a group of friends travelling for a 60th birthday celebration. The four bedrooms fitted our mixture of couples and single person and was much better than using a hotel as we could eat and socialise for the whole weekend. Walking in to the Docks area was an easy 40 minute walk or it was only a short taxi ride (under £10) from Liverpool, Lime Street Station. Will hopefully be able to come back again in the future.
