Extremely clean, warm and spacious for a family of 5. House had everything required. Very pleasant. Would highly recommend.

House was in a good location with easy access to city centre. It was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. Ideal for 5 of us with 2 shower rooms. Street parking was fine.

The photos could have shown what is provided more clearly eg in shower rooms.

Good location and easy to park outside the house on the quiet street. It's near to Lark Lane, some lovely parks and the city centre is not too far away on a bus or a taxi. The property was perfect - clean, beautifully decorated and the furnishings were fabulous. The beds were comfy, rooms large and plenty of hanging space for clothes, all beautifully presented. The 2 bathrooms were a good size and and the showers were excellent. The kitchen had everything in it you needed. A lovely outdoor sitting area at the back of the property although we didn't use it. Host contact via mobile phone and Booking.com was friendly and welcoming.

The house is in a very quiet location, ten to fifteen minutes away from a bus stop. All you can hear is the seagulls. It was ideal for a family, as although we were living together, everyone had privacy. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a family holiday.

We were informed of a departure delay late in the day and contacted the host asking whether we could check out in an hour. Although the house was not booked, we were not given the faculty to stay and had to check out early. It was raining and going round with luggage in the rain was not what we wanted. It would have been nice if they let us stay a bit longer. The kitchen smelled of fish. The smell was either lingering from previous owners or it was coming from the drainage system. It bothered me a bit as I hate fish smell.

It was ideal - clean, well fitted out, with plenty of on-street parking. Location was ideal for the event we were attending on Liverpool docks. The owner was very pollite and helpful before and during our stay. Facilities were great, and there was a huge Tesco Extra nearby for food shopping. Altogether perfect!
