Gorgeous clean rooms

Very clean tidy and well appointed property in a quite residential street. Loads of room, two excellent bathrooms, one on each floor, both with walk in shower. Very comfortable beds and bedding, we all slept well. As we visited during the Liverpool Summer it was also nice to be able to sit outside in the back yard which is quite private. Another bonus was the easy parking on the street. It’s about a 5 minute walk to Park Road where there are frequent busses in to the centre. There is also a large Tesco Extra within a few minutes walk and with plenty of utensils in the kitchen it would be simple to cater for yourself. We would recommend the cafe “Espresso” on Park Road too, opens at 10.00am each day. Although we didn’t meet the owners, communication with them via the app was superb, they responded very quickly and that made our stay very smooth. Finally, this property really is excellent value for staying in Liverpool.

Can’t think of any negative points. We only stayed 2 nights, but would happily stay here for a longer period and hopefully will do so again at some point.

Problem with shower upstairs with roller although owner offered to fix straight away and I am sure it will be sorted.

1. The accommodation is very conveniently located, with many attractions nearby. 2、The room is very clean and comfortable. 3、Parking is right in front of the property, making it very convenient. 4、The location is in a residential area, so the environment is quiet.

The property was very clean and very comfortable. Great showers, fully equipped kitchen and small outdoor terrace. The beds were super comfortable. A great space and a good location in a quiet neighbourhood

Nothing - everything was great

The communication was brilliant with both Julian & Keyla. Beds are very comfy and the rooms are big. Everything we needed in the kitchen. We were visiting family so only really slept at the house. A suggestion though, would be to take the glass table out and replace it with another 2 seater couch. This would make the lounge more comfortable. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

I would say 10+ for cleanliness.
