Apartamentul este foarte frumos amenajat, cu tot ce trebuie. Patul este foarte confortabil. Curățenie peste tot. Și baia arată super. Un apartament curat și călduros. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult apartamentul și zona fiind în centru, magazine, restaurante peste tot, iar prețul este unul foarte bun. În concluzie apartamentul cum arată și prețul denotă faptul ca proprietarul este un om deosebit. Pe viitor tot aici ne vom întoarce. Vă mulțumim.

The apartment is in an excellent location. The check-in process was smooth: the key was in a black box with the code that had been shared in advance. The man working in the building’s security was quite polite. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The apartment smelled very bad, the bathroom ventilation was constantly on, the floor was dirty, there was dust under the bed, and we even found someone’s bottle (as I read in other reviews, this bottle has been there for a long time). The kettle was rusty and had water inside, the glasses were dirty, and the coffee machine was filthy with no capsules provided for us. Brown stains of dirt were smeared on the gray wall. Two cockroaches were on the bathroom wall. I stayed for 5 days and there was no cleaning service during the stay, not even clean towels. (The owner told me I should have requested it myself — something I was never informed about, nor was it mentioned anywhere.) The elevator was small and did not work properly — we got stuck inside and managed to get out only when an elderly couple passing by heard our voices. But the worst thing of all was the smell — it was so strong that it made you worry about your health. I had to pour cleaning products down the drains just to be able to stay there.The location is excellent, but since I'm renting a room and not a place, I have to say that the overall impression was disappointing. I recommend spending a little more money elsewhere to avoid the hassle.

Perfect, central location and a clean, modern apartment. We had a great stay here and the hosts were very friendly.

The apartment had a mould smell to it. There was only one mug so a few more utensils for a couple would have been great.

Локація та на вигляд чиста спальна білизна та великий телевізор.

По-перше: будинок старий хоч і в центрі міста, старий ліфт, ми ходили сходами. Брудний підʼїзд. По-друге: дуже смерділо в квартирі, витяжка була включена постійно, брудна підлога, під ліжком пил та знайшли чиюсь пляшку. Витяжка брудна покрита пилом, поверхня кухні в розводах та брудна. Чайник ржавий та з водою в середині, брудні склянки та стара дошка для нарізання. По-третє: вид з квартири на внутрішню частину будинку (вікно в вікно), всю ніч страшні звуки з холодильника, якесь скряготіння та шеліст, слишні шаги в підʼїзді, спати було лячно. Також вимкнули телевізор та через 5 хв. датчик блимнув білим, ми перелякалися. Четверте: розетка для телефона дуже далеко від ліжка, постійно витягувалась білизна з під матраса, сам матрас в чорних катишках. На сірій стінці розмазаний коричневий бруд, наче гімно обтерли. З холодильника смерділо та також був брудний. Пʼяте: в санвузлі був таракан Шосте: тільки в день виселення в 7 ранку (виселення в 11) повідомили, що якщо ми не виселимося до 11 то штраф за кожну наступну години 10 €.
