The location was good, facilities was good, downside old building, cockroaches 🪳 and the cleaning should be done properly ( dirty floor and hair on the bed )

Beautiful clean apartment with everything you could need. Amazing location with so many of the sites on our itenary within walking distance. Would recommend and stay here again.

The apartment is in an excellent location—within just 5 to 10 minutes, you can reach some of the most renowned tourist spots and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Inside, the apartment is well-equipped and modern, despite being situated in a very old building. A two-people elevator is also available. The apartment consists of a small room with a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and an open space with a double bed, two armchairs and a small kitchen equipped with a sink, kettle, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a television. Easy self-checkin and good communication with the host. Overall, it is nice apart from some drawbacks.

As mentioned in other reviews, we can confirm that the heaters were never on, and the air conditioning was insufficient to warm the entire apartment in a reasonable time. Since we spent most of our time outside, we never returned to a comfortably warm space. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a slight sewer-like odor and we also encountered a cockroach there. The sink was clogged, probably due to a mesh used to block cockroaches. One of the two pillows had some dirty spots inside, not on the pillowcase. There was a lot of dust under the bed. Better cleaning might be needed.

Location and availability of the staff

There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen pipes. The apartment was not so clean, found some hairs and insects everywhere. There was some cutlery drying in the kitchen and it was also dirty. The bathroom sink and shower didn’t drain the water. The heating didn’t work so it was kinda cold. The building is also very old, the lift is small and kinda scary. It’s a pity because the host was very helpful and nice but the apartment really needs some improvement.

The location was amazing and everything was new.

The design and location are very nice.

There are no closets for storing the clothes and that is a bit annoying. The heating system is operated by the building and it was not turned on at all. We used the AC to heat up the place but it was not enough and it was still getting cold during the night. The cleaning could have been done a tiny bit better and there was a very bad smell coming from the pipes both in the bathroom and the kitchen. There were some perfume diffusers around the hallway and bathroom to help with the smell but from my point of view, it was only making it worse. I am sure this is mainly because the building is old and I am not very sure what the owners can do about it. Overall, the hosts were super friendly and responsive and I really recommend the place for the location mostly.
