"Nothing luxurious about this apartment"

It's spacious

1. We had to wait 3 hours for our key with no valid reason. 2. We found bands from an event, probably from the previous guests. 3. The tap kept falling off, and this shows that they don't maintain the place. 4. Both air-cons do not work 5. The cutlery is held inside a glass
