The location is excellent with beautiful views, plus secure parking. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Airconditioners work well. A great restaurant on the 16th floor of the building. Only accessible with security key. Cleaning girl contacted me immediately about a piece of jewelry that my Mom left behind.

The apartment needs some TLC. In every room the curtains are hanging off their hooks, the toilet kept running, the tap in the kitchen comes off and you're left standing with a tap in your hand and water gushing out, no teaspoons, only sweeteners/no sugar with 3 coffee sachets provided. Our security key was de-activated at 10am (even though when the cleaning girl knocked on our door at 10am, I told her the owner said we have until 11 to check out). We were thus stuck on our floor until someone else climbed in the elevator and activated it for us, then we were stuck in the parking garage as the key wouldn't work to let us out. It took us almost half hour to get out of the building to be able to return the key to reception. Reception simply said it's their policy to deactivate the key at 10am. The toilet and shower have glass doors that are not frosted, so provide no privacy.

I liked everything about the place. Was spacious, clean, and modern. Great security and safety measures. Had a great stay.

The aircon was broken and made a big mess in the bedroom and against the wall.
