I liked how modern and neat the place was. It was very big and spacious which is why I think it was really good value for money.

I couldn’t find the air conditioner remotes, I’m not sure if they were even there or perhaps hidden somewhere.

More coffee please, please the wifi password on the table and we couldn't find the aircon remote device.

The apartment was clean and beautiful

No bowls, no cooking utensils, no can openers or wine openers, toilet is not smelling nice, ants in the kitchen and no air-conditioned

Close to Menlyn Maine, Cintocare Hospital as well as Menlyn. Soundproof apartment really made for such a great stay as I was recovering from surgery and needed to rest. Also 24 hour backup invertors so no load shedding.. High end appliances made the stay even better. NOXI was very helpful and went above and beyond to accomodate us when we wanted to extend our stay.

Only critisism would be that there was no ironing board, and the crockery not very practical.. the square plates do not fit properly in the microwave.. minor issues, but if you stay longer than 5 days like we did, then it can become an issue.
