Ideal location. Property as described. Good clean presentation. Well equipped kitchen and utensils. Kind to stock basic food items and fruits and some games for kids. Close to amenities. All utilities good working order. Easy parking and good communication from owners. Ideal family-friendly facility.

Closing not easy with main door and couple of windows. Mind the steps and patio may get slippery when wet.

Great location for us and good first impressions as we walked in. Very nice and clean and everything worked. Car parking outside and easy to find.

No problems at all but maybe the kitchen light is a bit dim - LED bulbs rather than CFL may help others.
