Sugar Beach Resort, #414^ 1 Bedroom Condo by RedAwning

Great location, great view, good beach, but one small somewhat inhospitable bar/short-order restaurant.

We liked everything about our stay at Sugar Beach Resort. The closeness to the ocean & beach, a well stocked condo, quietness & amazing whale sitings. We would like to give a big mahalo to Casey who was there for us before and during our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was suitable for our stay. She is a treasure! Thanks to her great service, we will definitely stay at Sugar Beach condos again!!

Best location, great view, easy access to the beach

Amazing place! Needs some small upgrades in the unit, but it was exactly what we expected. You cannot beat the beach front view!

The location was perfect, the amenities available to us were wonderful. The actual condo that we stayed in was very dated, needed some modernization. The carpet was loose in places.

It is very central location to most of the places. almost 15-20 minutes to Airport, grocery stores, Costco where you can find a cheapest food compared to Safeway and other activities.

It was in a quieter area and even the garden view balconies had ocean views. All the comforts of home! What was not so good: neighbors who walked very hard and the very loud, rumbling washing machine we had in our unit!

Loved how quite and relaxing the grounds are. People were very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out - Room was clean and very comfortable. Beach was not busy at all. Grounds are very well kept and beautiful. Will stay here again when I return to Maui.

Sugar beach is the best beach on Maui in my opinion. Calm waters to chill in all day long. Great quiet sandy beaches. The grounds are maintained to supreme condition. Great pool nice hot tub to end the day in.
