the location was perfect, and condo was nice and modern and comfortable perfect view

I didn't like that itt was a little difficult to get the tv working properly just needed clearer instructions on which remote was for what function

The view was spectacular. Pool and hot tub was very nice and convenient.

The carpet smelled. Tile should have been laid throughout the property. Toilet did not provide enough water to flush. Front entrance should have been left as concrete. Use soap and water to clean the outside areas of the door.

Love this location, great beach, quiet.

First, the location, local beaches, and views were wonderful! Front office staff was friendly and helpful too. We loved the well-appointed kitchen, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and lovely lanai. My family and I were able to enjoy a pod of humpback whales right from the lanai. Did I mention the spectacular view? Sunsets at the condo are a perfect way to end the day. Lucky owners and us visitors who get to enjoy this lovely place!

Very nice. They need more help in the bar and sandwich shop

The best thing about this property is it's location right on the beach. We had a ground floor room that was like 20 feet from the beach with a great view. The facility is well maintained but it is showing it's age a bit. The bar on the grounds has great sandwiches and snacks but that is the only food on site. You have to drive to eat and even in the off season there is a lot of traffic.

Property is in need of repairs and updates.

The unit we stayed in had a beautiful view, the unit was decorated nicely but was a bit under equipped. The instructions for the washing machine said to use the brand supplied, but none was supplied. There were no serving bowls, no cheese grater, and only 2 pool towels. Only 1 TV and many stations but no current programs. We must be spoiled at the other condos we have stayed at. Not complaining just advising to be aware.
