You can’t have a better view at any other resort with beach access right out the door. Spent our 40th anniversary there and had the best time.

The warm Aloha welcome chocolate、the guest book、the owner album and recommendations for points of interests. The astonishing oceanfront view、the sounds of waves and the jacuzzi.

The pool、jacuzzi and sauna are a bit outdated, and need improvements.

We have stayed at Sugar Beach Resort several times and always enjoy the beach front units. The beach is gorgeous and you can walk along the sand for miles. The grounds are lovely and the pool and jacuzzi are perfectly maintained. Highly recommend!

This property was in a greatlocation on the famed Sugar Beach. Close to the famers market and Dina's bar and grill was convenient for a good meal which was located on the property.

This place is a favorite for us and have stayed here several times. Great location in Kihei. The condos are in varying condition, with some being more recently updated, which is great because you can select based on your budget. But they all have been well equipped and comfortable. The staff are available and helpful and we always enjoy our stay here. Highly recommend

I recommend Sugar Beach Resort. The facility is very clean, the grounds are well maintained and the view is perfect. Right on the oceanfront with a private beach, it is a perfect place to visit.

The condo was clean, safe and had so many small touches that made our stay like home. For example, my husband got sunburned, and there was alow vera gel in the cupboard. We loved the lovely hawaiian decor 😍

We had a clean room, current furniture and everything we needed in the kitchen in room 333. Beach was nice, not crowded at all and the waves are small - so you can swim and float if you want. Some beach equipment and beach towels were provided in our unit. Hot tub was very popular and was broke about half the time, which is a bummer. Grounds are well kept and parking is easy. A mix of couples, families with kids, retired visitors. Affordable in a good location with a good sunset. Good location to get around and see the island.
