Maison Decoret - Relais & Châteaux

As passerby we stayed in this nice hotel in Vichy. The welcome was friendly, they tried it in English, that was nice. We had a small room at the first floor at the back of the building. The bed was great en the shower also. Had also dinner in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and the menu exceeded our expectations. There were only menu's available, not "a la carte" but we didn't care, the food was great. We forgot our tablet in the room and Mrs Decoret was so friendly to sent this to our home address, well appreciated ! We can recommend this hotel/restaurant to the future guests.

The staff and the owner of Maison Decoret were really welcoming. The dinner in the evening and the breakfast were so good. It was a unique experience for us. Thank you.

Missing soap and shampoo

The location of the hotel in Vichy. The hotel reception staff The breakfast selection and presentation. The edible Oak leaves!

That there was no hotel parking so therefore having to find street parking nearby. We had opted for the tasting menu, which on paper was too confusing to understand as to what was involved. Finally there was a dedicated member of staff to explain things.

Comfortable accommodation with exceptional dining facilities. Friendly and welcoming staff and parking was straightforward. Thank you

Perhaps a little dark in the corridors but access to our room was very easy

Front desk staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing. Daily sweets and fruit were a very nice touch
