Small boutique hotel in the center of Vichy. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, each with its specific style. Spacious bathroom and nice balcony. Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The breakfast, which we took on the balcony of our room, is absolutely amazing. I appreciated the personal touches, like the cookies we received upon arrival (delicious) together with a personal note. Very well located in the center of Vichy, close to the key attractions, shops and restaurants. We had dinner at the hotel (a Michelin restaurant) and it was absolutely fabulous. Highly recommended.

A 1 star Mitchelin restaurant striving for more. We could not fault the food, presentation or staff who were attentive but unobtrusive. As we were English they were more than willing to explain everything in our own language. For a young person the Director was very knowlegeable

Terrific dinner

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night whilst travelling to Spain. The room was stunning with a great bathroom and shower. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and it felt like a small family run hotel. There is no car parking at the hotel, and you have to park on the street. This is free however after 6pm. We stayed for dinner in the hotel, where again the waiters were extremely attentive. The food was of excellent quality, with lots of taster plates between courses. The menu had an extremely expansive wine and water list and there was lots to choose from. The only downside, is that the meal was eye watering expensive, however we did know this before we booked. Breakfast was again plentiful, with lots of variety. Would we return, yes...

Well situated near the city centre, and opposite a 19th Century colonnaded park, this hotel is wonderful. The few rooms are expertly decorated and quite sumptuous. Each has a different colour theme. We stayed on a June Monday. As the hotel is closed Tuesday and Wednesday, our breakfast was brought to our room on a huge trolley. Scrambled eggs & omelette were exquisite. Two bowls of fruit were works of art. Coffee/tea excellent. Pastries, croissants and three types of bread were a luxury. There is no parking at the hotel, but underground car park is 5 minutes walk. Very secure and good value.

Our first time in Vichy and luckily made a reservation in a wonderful place. The room was great and stylish, extra friendly staff in the hotel and the restaurant. The Restaurant is worth the price and offers a fantastic eating experience - who needs 2 or 3 * if this Michelin 1* is so fantastic?

The restaurant is absolutely exquisite; we had a very memorable experience. As for the hotel, they only have 5 rooms decorated on the fashion of 90's boutique hotels: dark faux-wood ans no comfort. Go and eat there, but my advice is to sleep somewhere else : 5 stars for food; 2 stars for the hotel.

Come back home from a trip to burst pipes, checked in here the next day. Didn't want to go back home. Only an hour away from the house. But will find an excuse to stay again. Hotel was great, the food was AMAZING! I'm a foodie!

Apparently each of the 5 rooms in this small boutique hotel with gastronomic restaurant has a different color code. We had the red room and with this also a free standing bath tub which my wife used extensively. The rooms are not huge but special with all that is needed. The breakfast is also very good with fresh ingredients and not too many options. The service is attentive the way it should be. Last but not least the location is in the very center of Vichy with all major sights reachable by foot within 5-10min. Highly recommended!
