Location is the only thing perfect here. The view is mind blowing from the balcony. Awesome.

The TV was broken, the bed and pillow was so uncomfortable,so bad that I woke up with muscle sprain. The tap in the bathroom basin was from ancient time, with missing top. Although it was functional. The shower cubicle , flush button everything wase old and desperataly need care and renovation. Sofa in the living room was also unusable. With strong see wind the balcony door doesnt close 100 percent and wind whistle can give you headache. We complained about the broken TV. Owners ignored. So we didn't bother to inform about the other issue. For one night it would have been so much drama otherwise . We kept our peace. The property is too old zero maintenance, half of the things are almost broken Over all one star, that too only for view. Other than that it was a disgusting stay. Do not recommend. Booking.com should not recommend this property. We didn't like anything except the view. With 180 euro a night it is a total rip off ! Stay away.

The location is amazing! In the heart of old town and with perfect view to the most famous place in Poliano a Mare.

There was a small misunderstanding with the keys but the owner reacted quickly and everything was O.K.

Great location and very nice apartment.

The hostel were quite slownin answering request.

Il panorama mozzafiato e la posizione della struttura nella città in pieno centro.

La struttura in generale un po’ obsoleta dov’è bisognerà rivedere un po’ gli arredi, il bagno e l impianto elettrico.

Die Lage und der Blick der Unterkunft sind nicht zu übertreffen - 10 Punkte Plus. Die Kommunikation mit einer Dame (nicht die Vermieterin) hat bestens geklappt. Positiv war auch die Nachfrage während unseres Aufenthaltes, ob wir alles haben was wir brauchen. Persönlich getroffen haben wir jedoch nie jemanden....

Die Unterkunft lebt ganz klar von der Lage und Gästen die einmal nach Polignano kommen. Das Apartment hat kein Potential um Stammgäste anzuziehen. Am meisten hat uns gestört, dass es nicht sauber war - dunkle Haare im Bad, Papier von Hygieneartikel am Boden, Staub.... Darüber hinaus ließ das Bett zu wünschen übrig. Eine Seite toll, auf der anderen ganz weiche tiefe Matratze oder kaputter Lattenrost!?? Fazit: bei einem Apartment dieser Preisklasse erwartet man sich definitiv mehr - schade.
